Ohio September Splendor

September in Ohio corn country

I’ve driven across states with rest areas that have tremendous views of canyons, mountains, hills and valleys.  This is Central Ohio’s version.  Almost unbelievably beautiful on an early September day.

    Looks like a painting 🙂

I was in Ohio mid-june and it was a bit of a shock for me coming from a life in the desert.

I enjoyed it very much and took pictures of my own similar to this.

They have a pretty cool 4th of July fireworks show called Red, White, and Boom. It was a pretty big deal for everyone there.

I grew up in Ohio. Left for California many years ago. Forgot how beautiful September was.

West Virginia is similar as far as weather/climate right?

I may move there in the spring.

Oh, that IS beautiful. Stopping to linger and gaze at the scenery… contented sigh.

Don't be shy, speak up!
