Andy is a trained pizza maker, having apprenticed at Breakers Cafe at Lakeland Community College, Lake West Hospital, various school parties and his Grandma Turner’s house.  Tonight Andy made 2 pizzas, one pepperoni and cheese for himself, and a deluxe for his Mom and Dad which was topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella and olives on Dad’s half.  In photos, here’s how he did it:

Great job Andy, but if your parents had raised you correctly the pepperoni and sausage would be on top so the edges of the pepperoni would become burnt and explode with flavor!

Just kiddin’ man. Your pizza looks great, keep up the good work!
