Lake Erie Today – Green, silver and bird vanity

Ahead of a storm approaching from the west at 5 pm, Lake Erie was a weird green color if you looked to the east:

To the west, however, there were breaks of sun that caused a silver shimmer on the horizon:

Then the wind picked up, it started to rain, and the temps dropped, from 74 to 66 degrees!

Bonus:  Just as I got in my car this Northern Mockingbird showed up and graciously posed for a few shots.  Do you think Mockingbirds are vain?

"This mirror reflects my true beauty"
