Ahead of a storm approaching from the west at 5 pm, Lake Erie was a weird green color if you looked to the east:
To the west, however, there were breaks of sun that caused a silver shimmer on the horizon:
Then the wind picked up, it started to rain, and the temps dropped, from 74 to 66 degrees!
Bonus: Just as I got in my car this Northern Mockingbird showed up and graciously posed for a few shots. Do you think Mockingbirds are vain?

Oh, that is a weird colour indeed on the lake… did the storm break?
Reggie: Yes, we had some thunderstorms off and on all night but nothing severe. Now this morning we have a lovely soft fog.
